On 24 September 2026, the Competition Appeal Tribunal held a Case Management Conference (CMC) to consider a number of a number of procedural matters in the proceedings, including expert evidence, disclosure, and the timetable to trial.
The Emergency Communications Claim has been certified on an opt-out basis
On 13 October 2025, the Competition Appeal Tribunal ("Tribunal") published its CPO judgment following a hearing on 12 September 2025. Clare Spottiswoode CBE has been certified to act as class representative and the claim has been certified on an opt-out basis, according to the class definition set out in the CPO Notice. Court of Appeal upholds CMA’s Charge Control on Mobile Radio Network Services
The Court of Appeal has dismissed an application by Motorola to appeal the decision of the Competition and Markets Authority (“CMA”) set out in its Final Report on “Mobile radio network services” dated 5 April 2023 (the “CMA Decision”).
